Du sang sur les astilbes
poems, (seven drawings by Baudoin),
Écrits des Hautes-Terres, Montpellier, 2003.
This harsh collection is marked by life’s horrors. Violence, of course, but also the disillusionment, the bruised love, the lost hope, the darkened conscience. A strange picture in which we hesitate to recognize ourselves, daringly handed to us by a courageous poet, hopefully, to change the world.
